- Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirming your order. We’ll check stock availability; if unavailable, we’ll void the pre-authorization and notify you.
- Delivery Details: Standard curbside delivery for equipment. Large items are shipped in sturdy boxes.
- Scheduling: The carrier will call to arrange delivery. One scheduled attempt is included; missed appointments may incur extra charges.
- Order Shipment: Tracking information will be emailed upon shipment. Contact us at support@wellfitcore.com if you don’t receive it.
- Inspecting Your Order: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours at support@wellfitcore.com so we can resolve the issue.
1. What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
2. What conditions must be met for a return?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With tags
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
3. How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wellfitcore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions for returning your item. Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any damage or loss that occurs during shipment back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
5. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours at support@wellfitcore.com so we can resolve the issue.
6. How do exchanges work?
To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item you want.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
