4. Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as any damage or loss that occurs during shipment back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return.

5. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to report any damage. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours at support@wellfitcore.com so we can resolve the issue.
